Fielder is much better than Kotchman.
Abreu is much better than Rowand (particularly now, as Rowand is on the horrific Giants).

This trade hinges on Braun and Zimmerman. Last season Braun was much better than Zimmerman... but I expect Braun to decline slightly and Zimmerman to improve a great deal. I am unsure, though, how much of a difference will remain this season - Braun will probably better, but not so much as he was in 2007.

I am not sure what I would do here - the deal seems like a veritable push, on the whole... sorry.

It depends, Braun may be big for steals, like 20-25 and will get a lot of RBI chances and chances to be driven in himself in a good lineup. Wash sucks up and down. I'd picth around Zim. Plus he's in the NL east so he'll be seeing nice doses of Johan, Smoltz, Pedro, and Hamels.

It is difficult to decide between Braun and Zimmerman as each has been better than the other at some point.

Braun is definitely the better fantasy option - he's been better in the majors, in limited experience, their minor league OPS are all but identical (.947 for Zimm, .941 for Braun), and he steals bases. Moreover, he plays on a better team and will have more opportunities to drive in runs and be driven in.

This trade comes down to how much better Braun will be. His line will probably be closer to .300/360/.550 while Zimmerman will be .285/.350/.500 - will Fielder make up this difference, in conjunction with the difference between Abreu and Rowand? It's doubtful...
