Kenny Rogers has fired agent Scott Boras and will now represent himself. Rogers apparently is intent on remaining in Detroit - a deal with the Tigers is reportedly close - while Boras insisted on trying to shop his services around to the highest bidder. What do you folks think about Rogers move here? And between this and the A-Rod situation, what does this mean for Boras' future in baseball?

I would be happy to see Kenny stay. IMO he is a great leader.

He's always talking to V, Bondo, Nate and the rest of the guys in the dugout. You know he's the veteran leader of the team. You need an older, experienced player in the clubhouse like that.
