The Detroit Tigers have acquired OF Jacque Jones from the Chicago Cubs for utility player Omar Infante.

Jones hit .285 with 33 doubles, five homers and 66 RBIs in 135 games last season. Good pick up for the Tigers?

very true and jones is a contact hitter tha hits alot of ground balls in the holes wich is what we needed because of all the power in our lineup. if u ask me though we need to get rid of inge i love him as a person but that avrage is just killing me.

Are you crazy ? He is the best fielding 3rd baseman in the league bar none. I do agree his average is a little shaky.

he is not one of the best fielders in the league 2 years ago he was 2nd in the league in error behind arod who had a fluke year.
