"Good to see you, too, Ozzie. Thanks for picking me as an All-Star. By the way, you're not my enemy anymore."

Close to how it went? Perhaps.

The point is that Magglio Ordonez of the Tigers and Ozzie Guillen of the White Sox, who'll manage the American League team in tonight's All-Star Game at PNC Park, can co-exist again.

Their feud is over -- and has been for pretty much all of this season.

Ozzie is Ozzie. Maggs is Maggs. We all have someone that we vent about. They are in the national spotlight, which makes them a spectacle. Personally, I think friction like this raises the bar of intensity and may be more entertaining down the stretch as the playoffs approach. A little friction, as long as it stays within the realm of sportsmanship, never hurt anyone.
