Press Release: Jim Rosenhaus named Indians radio pregame show host
CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Indians today announced JIM ROSENHAUS as the Tribe's radio pregame show host, producer and engineer for broadcasts on the Indians Radio Network and flagship station WTAM 1100AM.
Jim, 42, brings a wealth of knowledge of the Indians organization and a familiarity with most of the Tribe roster, as he has spent the past 11 seasons (1996-2006) as radio play-by-play announcer for Cleveland's AAA affiliate Buffalo Bisons. He has also been responsible for the production and hosting of a year-round radio program, "Inside Bisons Baseball". For the past ten years, he has also been the radio play-by-play announcer for the University of Buffalo men's basketball team. During his career, Jim has worked with the Toronto Blue Jays Radio Network, the Wilmington Blue Rocks Baseball Club and the Kinston Indians Baseball Club. Jim has a degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania where he majored in Economics and Business
