First off, apologies all-around for the way the posts have tailed-off. Last week without internet access, hectic holiday schedules and a new addition to the family (iPod) have sorta conspired to keep me away from my weblog, but fear not -- I'm too determined to let that stuff stop me ...

... but I must admit that work is kicking my ass lately. And when it comes down to blogging or paying the bills, I'm going to have to pay the bills. It's just what I have to do.
