To allow room for Cabrera on the 25-man roster the Indians have optioned Jason Davis back to Buffalo. Cabrera has been terrific this season at Buffalo, going 6-0 with a 0.99 ERA and three saves in 27 relief appearances for the Bisons (45.1IP, 33H, 5ER, 9BB, 62K).
