Peralta, Boone HR's win it for Tribe

Jhonny Peralta hit a solo home run in the ninth to send the game into extra innings, and Aaron Boone hit a game-winning homer in the 11th to give the Cleveland Indians a 7-6 victory over the Colorado Rockies at Jacobs Field, Wednesday night.
