Injury Updates
- SS Alex Gonzalez will most likely miss the season opener while recovering from his stress fracture in his knee. He's cleared for "Baseball Activity" though as soon as friday.
- C David Ross is recovering well from his back injury but is still uncertain as to whether he will start opening day. I like Ross but I think that we will be alright with Valentin starting...he's a pretty decent DH when we need him and I think he'll be better than Ross behind the plate at this point in time. Even if Ross could sit back there...
