Eric Milton will have arthroscopic surgery on his troublesome knee, to do some repairs to the meniscus. Sounds like some fraying. He is going on the DL retroactively, with Elizardo Ramirez being recalled to make the Monday start. Ramirez may be sent right back down and a reliever recalled.
