The Phillies could "possibly" move J.A. Happ to the starting rotation at some point this season.

"The role he's in at the moment is sort of unfair to him," GM Pat Gillick said. "We possibly are going to look at making an adjustment." It's unclear what that adjustment would be, but it could mean putting Brett Myers back in the bullpen if he starts struggling again.
