MILWAUKEE -- It sounds as if Felix Pie is going to need more than potential and a lousy Cubs season to move up from Class AAA Iowa, at least as far as Cubs manager Dusty Baker is concerned.

This is the time of year when some teams bring up prospects to evaluate them on the major-league level, and Pie long has been considered one of the Cubs' top outfield prospects. But Baker isn't convinced the time is right.
