Eric DuBose, a longshot-ish candidate for the fifth spot in the rotation, was arrested in Sarasota County last night, charged with a DUI and released on $500 bond. DuBose, 29 in May, was 4-6 with a 6.39 ERA in 14 starts last year, giving up plenty of hits with about a 1:1 K:BB ratio.
