Bob Wickman on DL
A bad back.
Thats what sent the Braves closer Bob Wickman
to the 15-Day Disabled list.
Wickman complained of tendinitis in his upper back on the road trip.
So the Braves decided to shut him down for treatment.
"I just wasn't able to finish my pitches and I believe the last couple of games, I was hurting the team more than I was helping it," said Wickman.
"You pitch enough, you're going to have aches and pains,"
It's just a little tendinitis up there and hopefully we can work it out in 15 days." He Said Monday.
Chad Paronto was activated from the DL.
