tim hudson and braves pitching staff
I'd just like to be the first to say that tim hudson is finally having a season like those he had in the AL. In fact, I believe that this will be his best year and I see a Cy Young in the future. I mean c'mon, 2-0, with 16 k's in 21 innings and a 0.86 era?! I know it's still early, but after watching hudson pitch so far this season...he's been untouchable (against GOOD NL teams). You throw chucky james into the mix (who has a 0.82 era!), plus...smoltzy is guarenteed to have another 15+ wins plus a billion k's, and the bullpen with wickman...It kind of reminds me of a similar bullpen that had the likes of mark wholers as a closer back in 1995. And don't forget about the offense that is finally looking to come around. It should be a good race in the NL east but..."The Braves will be the World Series champs this year," you can quote me on that!
