Default Justice In Braves Hall Of Fame

David Justice will be the first member of the Braves fourteen year run of success to be inducted into the Braves hall of fame. Justice took over in right field after the Dale Murphy trade tho the Philies,Justice played eight seasons for Atlanta and was named rookie of the year in 1990.
His best year was in 1993 in which he hit 40 home runs and had 120 RBIs
Justice was intricate in the Braves World Championship in 1995 hitting the game winning home run in the decisive game vs. Cleveland.
David Justice will be inducted into the Braves Hall Of Fame on August 17,2007

I think he deserves it. He did a lot for the Braves in his tenure there.

I agree with Justin, he deserves it. He was always one of my favorites during the Braves run for the WS ring.

I liked David Justice too,but I seem to remember fans booing him during the '95 season after he critized them for being to laid back about being in the playoffs,and not selling out the stadium.

He has a point though. If a team makes it to the playoffs, the stadium should be full. So there was no excuse for him to get booed, in my opinion.

He was my favorite player up until the Braves traded him to the Indians, and I had no way to watch him. But it's good to see that he'll be inducted into the Braves HOF. It's well deserved.

definately deserved.

I always thought that Smoltz or Glavine or Maddux would have been the first from the era to make the Braves HOF, but Justice was great in Atlanta.

I have a video of the '95 season when the Braves won and it was all I've really seen of Justice playing for the Braves back then. But yeah, he does really deserve it as he did lots leading to the Braves title that year.
