No, he is not. But he is a lot more established than Hughes so i can see more precedent for it.

I can also see some similarities between them. They are both mean, nasty type guys with hard fastballs and they're both from the south. They have different strikeout pitches though, Clemens seems to rely largely on his splitter where Beckett uses a big curveball.
