Carl Pavano is in danger of missing most of another season, this time due to an aching right elbow. Pavano cut short his bullpen session Wednesday after about seven minutes, and he's expected to see Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Ala.
"This is becoming ridiculous," said Pavano, who then cursed and stared blankly ahead. "The team needs me ... this is beyond frustrating."
Pavano hasn't pitched since April 9 due to a strained right forearm. Pavano said the pain is now "all over the place."
