Yankee skipper Joe Torre and general manager Brian Cashman plan to lead the pinstriped presence at pitcher Cory Lidle's California funeral tomorrow.
Some Yankee players are expected there as well to say a final goodbye to their 34-year-old teammate, who leaves a wife and 6-year-old son, said team spokesman Rick Cerrone.
"I've heard from people from all throughout baseball," said Jordan Feagan, Lidle's agent. "Athletes, agents. They're all trying to get details on the services. He made a lot of friends."
