Player that I predict will go to MLB
I predict that John Mayberry, who playes for the Clinton Lumberkings, which is the *A* farm team of the Texas Rangers, will be a great home-run hitter, and more of a DH than a Right Fielder. He is the only player on my home-town Lumberkings that I think can make it, of course I've only been to two games so far this year.
John needs to work on his patience at the plate, the last game I went to, (the other game I went to he didn't play) he had one blasted home-run, but he was 1-4 with three strikeouts. I've been watching the box-scores when I don't go to the games, and the last two games that I've seen the B.S.'s he had two home-runs, and five strikeouts, and two walks.
The game I went two, the L-Kings were down 0-7 in the 4th inning. John's home-run boosted the Lumberkings to four runs that inning. Including back-to-back jacks, (Thon hit one after Mayberry) The next inning the scored another run, so it was 5-7. In the 8th inning, (which would be their last at-bat) John got walked, and the l-kings scored 6 runs that inning, giving them the 11-7 win.
