Chris Perez gets the call, Izzy to DL
Izzy to visit doctor.

Also to the Chris Perez stuff tonight about him not appearing in save situation..

Definitely a conclusion to be drawn there...
This doesn't mean he's up for sure...but that's the way they're leaning, from what I have been led to believe. They certainly want him to be available tommorrow night in STL if they choose him.
If not him, then likely Jimenez.
